Created in 2002, on the initiative of the City of Lyon, LUCI is the international network of cities on urban lighting. Today, it brings together 70 municipalities throughout the world which see lighting as an effective tool forming part of sustainable urban development policies.
Over 50 associate members, partners of cities, are also active within LUCI (international lighting companies, designers and architects, universities…).
Through its events, activities and projects, LUCI creates opportunities for cities to exchange information and experiences about urban lighting.
